Scope

These terms apply to the use of Soraya – the web app (app.sorayaluxuryastroguide.com), the Android app and the website (www.sorayaluxuryastroguide.com). The provider is Attila Zsolt Kovacs, Mariastein, Tyrol, Austria (see legal notice).

What Soraya offers

Soraya calculates your birth chart from your birth data and uses artificial intelligence to create readings, daily horoscopes, partner comparisons and chat answers. Using Soraya is free. There is no entitlement to constant availability or to specific features; features may change or be discontinued.

Entertainment, not advice

Astrological content is meant for entertainment and personal reflection. It is not medical, psychological, legal or financial advice and does not replace professionals. Please do not make important decisions based on Soraya alone.

AI-generated texts

Readings and chat answers are generated automatically. They may be inaccurate or incomplete. We do not review them individually and give no guarantee that they are correct.

Your account

Some features require a free account. You must be at least 14 years old. Use a real email address and keep your password secret. You are responsible for the use of your account.

Fair use

Please use Soraya personally and fairly: no unlawful, offensive or harassing content in the chat, no automated bulk requests, no attempts to disrupt or bypass the services. Only enter other people's birth data (e.g. for the partner comparison) with their consent. We may suspend accounts that break these rules.

Rights to content

Soraya's name, logo, design and texts are protected. You may use your results and the share images for private purposes and share them with others.

Social networks

Soraya publishes its own posts on Facebook, Instagram and TikTok. The terms of each platform apply there as well.

Liability

We are only liable for intent and gross negligence, as far as the law permits. Liability for personal injury and mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.

Deleting your account

You can delete your account and your data at any time – in the app under Profile or via this page. How we handle your data is described in the privacy policy.

Changes

We may update these terms, for example when new features are added. The current version is always published on this page.

Law and contact
